He has most of it wrong. Part of it is right, and he has a good idea, but his items are wrong.
First, IE is core on Tryn. Yes he does damage without it, but the damage you do with it is to important to ignore. You only have 1 damage skill so going pure AP is a waste as your autoattacks are not as good. That's why Lichbane is also bad. You won't proc it enough to do more damage then you would with IE.

You might notice how with Spirit Visage and full item build your Q heals you for approximately 5303 damage? Yeah. Or you might notice how your SS hits for 743 damage? And how BOTH those abilities CDR's last about the same as your ult? Yeah. You practically never die because you can BL at low health, SS out or in or just autoattack. Ult up when your 1 v 5, heal, heal again once your ult is done and SS out or in? Woops did I just score a 1 v 5 pentakill? You might also notice how you do over 800 damage when you crit. I seriously don't understand why people think Hybrid/AP tryn is bad. Try it before you knock and if you have any brains at all you should do pretty good :/

Hybrid works to a small extent. Rageblade and Gunblade are items that could work decently, but other than that AP items are just **** on Tryndamere..

Wrong. In that build, with your 357 AP, ((357*1.5) + 400)*1.15 = 1075.825, that's 4000 less than what you said. Have fun getting to those 8 stacks with only 30% crit chance too...
You said you crit for 800 damage, you only have 30% Chance to crit, especially considering the lack of Crit Runes. The build also costs a HUGE amount, when an AD Trynd would be a lot better with that money (2-3 shotting people). Your spinning slashes will do ~400 damage, taking into account resistances (and your lack of MPen Runes/Sorc Shoes), and your AA will do 292-250ish damage, 800 when you crit (rarely).
The guy's build that was posted included a lot of crit chance and attacks to lower the cooldown of his E and basically design the build around E.

its a fun idea, but .....
1: you will get slaughtered by your team for building hybrid
2: you will lack potential damage
3: by the time u kill someone, you WILL be dead
4: get reported
