Suggestion: For newly made accounts.

"Looks interesting." Does this person have more than 5 post? No. Has this account been made in the past few weeks? No, it was made today. This is worse than trolling and should be fixed. I could easily get me and a friend to make 5 accounts and down vote someone because I'm in favor of another guide over yours. That shouldn't be the case.
