Definitely going to try it when I have the free time.

Top tier Champions:

Queens: Anivia (egg + wall), Caitlyn (traps), Nidalee (traps), Soraka (heals + mana).

Underlings: Shaco (boxes), Singed (win-kit), Heimerdinger (turret support), Taric (auras + heals), Blitzcrank (grab + stun), Sona (auras + heal), Rumble (Heat resource), Teemo (fast + poison), Twitch (stealth), Janna (cc + shield)

No particular order, just off the top of my head.

Top tier Summoner spells:

Clarity, Heal, Smite, Exhaust, Ignite.

Staying low level means low resources.
Smite means better farming.
Queen has to use Rally+Clairvoyance, so ghost and flash are meaningless, you need to be able to keep the queen alive or lock down the enemy queen.

I remember PTQ back on Starcraft. Blasty blast, was one of my favorite map types, TBH.
