On hit trigger. Effects apply to all hits.

It seems I have to clear this up for everyone.
Mallet=all hits/on hits. (Kayle's E and Kog'Maw's W)
Rylai=All DIRECT damage spells. Just like spell vamp.
This is the general rule. If something is not like this it's probably a bug.
