Yup thought so, was just thinking of it because then Nasus (for example) could get Rylais and do more with his skills then just FM would do (1 attack slow and 2 AoE slows)

Pretty sure it would be only Rylai, as the spell doesn't SAY it is an on-hit effect.

I think FM would still be better on Nasus, as then, as you said, you would have Wither as well as 2 other AoE 15% slows vs. Wither and 1 on hit melee slow + normal melee slow of both 40%.

Like I said I'm pretty sure Kayle's Fury would be Rylai only.

I read through the wiki article and it's weird, the attacks can't be effected by a blind, but can be dodged...how confusing...I'm not sure what to make of it
Whoa I just learned that Kat's ult is 35% rylai slow...wtf
