It worked with Twisted Fate's ultimate for a while. He could start teleporting and then use hourglass to INSTANTLY teleport. Shen might have been patched with TF tho.

The TF "exploit" still works because it's like... a .5 second "channel" or something. I know, I did it recently.

Gate's channel is suppose to last 2 seconds last I checked.
Although, for all I know, the Teleport mastery might reduce it by 0.5 second because Riot didn't have it labelled a different skill and only changed the animation. :P
