Vayne ignores the fact that they have high HP and resistance, making them like normal champs. She's squishy enough where you can kill her easily enough. Yeah I see what you mean when she rips through the tanky DPS. I mean thats good and all I mean I "LOVE" the fact that she just dives past all my guards when I play a carry obliterates me in three shots, and gets out with no reprecussion. Oh and she may just kill two people after me, but they were tanky dps so its all good. I'm only a squishy who got ripped in two before i could retreat or even think.

Her ult+Tumble acts like a vlad pool, but on shorter cooldown. Lets not forget she moves faster when running toward a champion and even faster when her ult is on. So if she dives past the frontline fighters, and goes right for the carries. Nothing is gonna stop her, and she will them all before their teammates can fire off a CC. Once she is done with the carries she runs toward the tanks, and she is still moving fast. If her ult is still on and she tumbles to safety...wellllll GG!

Oh and madred's bloodrazor is a good counter to tanky dps. Now lets put that sucker on vayne, and well you go from OP to unstoppable.

However, the main reason why people lose to Vayne is because they either refuse to focus her first and/or they refuse to buy one oracle.

It is probaly the latter, because what can 1.5 seconds of stealth do? Well it saves her life up to....maybe 3 times in a teamfight. Plus people are not use to a character like that to have a stealth funcution. For example the prime stealthers that you get oracles for are, Twitch, Eve, and Shaco (maybe teemo). Vayne's stealth does not last long, but it is long enough for her to postion well enough and kill two people.

that percentage of health in true dmg is just too heavy. how can you counter that?
madreds and kog maw are countered with resi
true dmg (fe olaf) can be countered by high health.

what can you do against vayne? well you need to focus her AND you need oracle or that focus will do squad.

but enough hate on vayne. cant wait for new patch. a new tanky dps with awesome style and as i hear alot of changes. some be good and some may be bad but changes keep things interesting so nvm ^^

Her MS buff from her passive should be nerfed to 20 or 30. +40MS right at lvl1 can be pretty ****ed up. That's almost a free pair of boots.

The base damage on her W and E should be reduced(not the %damage).

Those nerfs should make her pretty balanced.

Didn't they already post what they were going to do to nerf her? If so these aren't it are they?

Vayne's "thing" is mobility.
Every Ad Carry has a "thing" going for them.

Ez has his poking skill shots, Ashe has her utility (slows/globals), Caitlyn has her range, Sivir has her pushing power. MF has a mix of mobility/poking power.

Vayne gets her mobility, that's her theme.

That's why they're reducing her damage instead. And that passive isn't all that impressive once she loses her OP damage output. When she's running, it turns off too.

Wayne's "thing" isn't mobility, even if she is pretty mobile. It's her crazy lategame scaling. The %true damage. And Riot doesn't wanna nerf that, so they nerf other things instead.
