The thing that sucks is that boots of speed are cheaper and allow you to get 3 HP pots AND build them into higher tier boots later, where as these you cannot build into boots later, do not allow you to buy 3 HP pots which = 600 HP, and are more expensive.
so basically, you are charging more for these, you can't build them into boots later, and you are losing 500 HP and gaining 10 attack speed from the deal.

I disagree with this item because you already can buy Boots of speed at the start and Upgrade them and if you needed Attack speed you could get a Dagger and I think this item is pretty OP with Movement speed, 100 health, and Attack speed It would not be balanced out with other Doran's Items
