It think it's kind of silly that this item has the exact same ingredients as Abyssal Scepter. Why not change it to blasting wand + 2 null magic mantles or negatron cloak + two amplifying tomes.

It was originally a Negatron Cloak and a kage's lucky pick, but items that pay for themselves suck.


What about a Negatron Cloak and a Needlessly Large Rod?

Couple things.
Why shouldn't it be stackable with Atma's?
I do not think it should be built from an AP item since, Atma's doesn't give it's bonus stat from any item in it. I also cannot think of an item to replace it though.
