Hi, it's me again!
Why do you take runes of Force ?
Is it to increase your ability power in the end ?
You said that it would get you easily over 900 AP. Then the 80 AP aren't so much in comparison to what it could give you if you had taken Potency runes (constant AP). And the potency runes would have probably helped you more in early game farming.

Once again, I didn't test, so it's only theoretical questions ^^

If you go with badly coordinated team i highly suggest to get Potency Runes, as it gives great AP early game and helps you stay aggressive and safe. This build is for VoIP highly coordinated team game. I go in lane with champions that got my back. Stay safe till 18 and then slaughter everyone :)

Hi I was wondering how did you regenerate your mana?
Is Clarity sufficient ?

Besides, if you take the ignite summoner spell, how do you deal with your lack of mana regen ?

I'd make the tear of the goddess, to supply mana, before the rabadon's deathcap and complete it after the boots. Don't you think it is better ? True you don't get AP as fast as with your build, but you should be able to farm more easily without buying an insane amount of mana potions.
I'm saying that, I didn't test your build so I can't judge, but that way seemed more logical to me.
Thanks for answering back!

Yes I did consider that, but clarity gives enough mana in early game. Late and mid game you pew pew so hard that you almost instantly kill your target, so you are not spending a lot of mana on that. This build takes practise but you can get insane amount of AP that gets you kills and gold.
Yes I buy just a few mana pots here and there, but just a few.

Usually i go in line with annie who also has clarity so we get enough mana.

man i like your built it's very good but you have to make some changes to the built to some items also +1 from me and pls vote my veigar and my veigar built also clarity isn't good spell for veigar because of his passive and i think that cooldown boot is not good fot veigar veigar needs ap so he can take easy kills magic pen to handle tanks and cooldown so he can do event horison whenever you like so you can get away if you have low life (from a team fight) and so he can use more times his attacks and take kills easily and 9 runes with cooldown are just enough so you can achive your goal of the cooldown also you can use flas and ignite like i use or flash and clearise or flash and ghost for a sure escape from the enemy but is say your first vote has useful advices pls use them and pls vote my builts all of them if it's possible also if you want help fot a built ask me if you wonna ;)

Using too much escape spells instead of DMG spells is not my taste. This is a TEAM game build, so you don't need to run away much as your team got your back. Botts are the only items i have on CDR as Veigar gets easy over 600 AP with this build, stun is no longer that important. As said before 930 AB is a DUnkan McCloud killing anyone.
But thanks for the tips.
