Introduction

THIS IS A COORDINATED TEAM VEIGAR BUILD. FOR THAT PURPOSE WHEN TEAM GOT MY BACK I DONT NEED TO RUN AWAY MUCH. I NEED TO DO AS MUCH DPS POSSIBLE AND CATCH UP TO MY PREY. TAKE THAT IN TO CONSIDERATION.
TEAM COORDINATION VIA VOIP LIKE SKYPE, TS OR VENTRILO.

This build has been tested and maximum AP was well over 930. For Veigar as a caster with unique passive ability concerning AP boosts this build worked out just fine.
This is the first build and it might be updated after release.

This Build will give you
+ 21% CDR so you can use 1x in under 3 sec
+ Minimum of 533 AP from Runes and items + 10,8 AP from Masteries

+ Show you 2 good ways to open in game
+ Show you 2 good ways to attack

+ Build will be upddated and coments taken seriously and at the end final version will be released.

Runes

Veigar is all about ability Power. He is not built for solo-go-kill-enemy in early or midgame. Team work is essential. Late game he can easly kill almost anyone on 1 VS 1

At game start you have 4,62 AP just from runes.
Each level you get extra 4,62 AP from runes.
At lvl 18 you get 83,16 AP from runes.

Stacking 9 of these will give you 16,2 AP at LVL 18
Stacking 9 of these will give you 16,2 AP at LVL 18
Stacking 9 of these will give you 32,4 AP at LVL 18
Stacking 3 of these will give you 23,22 AP at LVL 18

THE MATH
gives 0,1 AP per LVL. Stack 9 of these.
0,1*9=0,9 || At LVL 18 1,8*9=16,2
gives 0,1 AP per LVL. Stack 9 of these.
0,1*9=0,9 || At LVL 18 1,8*9=16,2
gives 0,17 per LVL. Stack 9 of these.
0,17*9=1,53 || At LVL 18 3,06*9=27,54
gives you 0,43 per LVL. Stack 3 of these.
0,43*3=1,29 || At LVL 18 7,74*3=23,22

So in total you start off with
0,9+0,9+1,53+1,29=4,62
At LVL 18 you get
16,2+16,2+27,54+23,22=83,16

Summoner Spells

Great way to catch up to enemy champion to do more burst damage or stun them. Also a great way to run away or gank-and-spank champions.
Awesome in early game. Keeps you up with mana in early game and gives necessary mana boost in tight situations.

=== OR ===
Great way to catch up to enemy champion to do more burst damage or stun them. Also a great way to run away or gank-and-spank champions.
Awesome last minute hit to finish off those pesky runaway champions. Great in early game finish-off combos.

Openings

There are a few way you can make your opening. The opening you choose will determine the play style in the beginning of the game. So be careful when making an opening!

MY STANDARD MAGE OPENING
I usually open up with or depending on what champions the opposing team has.

THE CONFIDENT OPENING
Just get and you will start with 15 AP 100 HP boost and 5 mana regen per 5 sec.
Use this opening when you know you gonna pew pew well in early game and your lane partner is good. If you go solo mid be more careful.

Items

So, you start of with . After that you want to start getting by getting -> in that order.
Gives you 155 AP not even counting AP from Mastery and Runes. And passive is adding 30% of your total AP to your AP as bonus. Thats makes it 155*0,30=46,5 AP bonus.

Now you can finish geting It gives you nice CR so that your (Q} ability recharges under 3 seconds at LVL 5 not even counting in extra CR reduction from masteries (another 6%)

Now you can get depending on your survivability you start with if you survive well, if not get Catalyst the Protector to get extra HP and MANA.

Allways try and get the item that gives you most AP and then rhe other. AP is the most important Veigar's stat.

These partners are gonna help out great as they have nice abilities for that. Also great teamwork combo possibilities.

And a few more i guess.

BAD LAINING PARTNERS
These partner also need lasthiting. You do too. So laining with them is not the best idea.

And maybe a few more.
