But nah it wont make much of an impact in the end, the servers will still be ****ty, Riot will still lie to us, phreak will still not be able to rap, and they will rip off more people with teemo skins.

What about the Russians and eastern europeans? You should check out the official forums (they're back up now), absolutely every thread is from nordic or mid-europe players complaining because they don't want to be placed with them. =P (again no offence, but...y'know.)

Most countries in upper EU knows English and most in the lower parts don't know/are bad at it.

I think I'd have prefered eastern europe and russia getting one server, and everything else getting another.
That said, I've already mentioned that I think this whole thing is stupid and not necessary, so I'd prefer it if things just stayed as they are, except with riot improving their servers. Oro...Oronochi...Oronochigi...Orichignagi....whatever his name is, said it was possible, so it must be :P

Also, who wants to play with people that don't speak english? It's not uncommon for me to play with a russian that I can't understand. I'd rather play with 100ms than with people that don't speak english.
