OK it worked for me.
So I think you're doing something wrong.
1. Make sure you got same e-mail as you signed up here
2. Make sure once you've chosen right image
3. Also when chosen and uploaded click on the image and confirm it.

The server caches certain things to reduce load and keep everything running as fast as possible. So you will notice things like this from time to time, where it takes a bit to update. If it doesn't fix itself after a while post a new thread and I will take a look, as the caching might be too heavy then.
