there is no need for an abyssal septer or a will of the ancients on morgana. try a void stalf and a banshies veil it will make you hit alot harder and you wont need to sheild yourself as offten because of the veil

I am actually editing the guide today. Thanks for the input though, I have been testing and I have found that if I get Mana per sec runes I do not need Doran's ring. Also Morgana isn't ment to be a 1v1 champ. And late game, her cool downs arn't that bad. The way I see it, if you can hit the first time around, you won't need the cool down.

There r a few things i see wrong in this tbh (dont mean to be mean though)
The biggest problem with morgana is her CD! 12sec for dark binding, 9sec for tormented soil, cant remember her shield but i know its over 12sec, and still 120 sec for her ultimate! Not only do you not have any rune to lower that, none of your items help bring the CD down!! Whats the point of having all that AP when u getting ganked and ur spells r on constant cooldown?! Its suicide. Not having CD reduction runes nor items makes morgana extremely useless! you wont be able to go 1v1 against an enemy at full life!
There is also no need for 2 dorans ring..If you have one and still flat Quint of AP..you will have already close to 30AP at start of game which is enough to get your first kill, after that focus on your mana because her abilities do take a lot of mana, so after the doran's ring id get the catalyst for the rod of ages! sorry but i cant give the +1 for this build =(

Just because we have similar builds does not mean I copied your guide bro. I actually was inspired and got most of my ideas from a Veiger build that I saw on here. Besides, I just looked at yours, and you barely write anything at all. If anything, you need some work on yours.

BUT, so similar to mine... items and set of this build, you copy mine in some points:
1. Idea with Skin at the start
2. Nearly copied pros/cons
3. Same item build
4. Same strategies, ah you forget to add that Tormented Soil deal dmg instantly when placed, so you can kill with it when you cant catch enemy with Dark Binding (out of range
