AD Anivia is like any other AD ranged carry except she has spammable stuns, attack speed and movement slows, and a wall.

No. Creativity is one thing but viability is another and in terms of guide score, viability always comes first. Like AD Brand, Sona, Annie, or other similar variants, the build focuses on a certain aspect of the champ - attack range, CC, burst damage, et cetera - and completely ignores the merit of the standard build. AP Anivia at level 6 should never miss a single CS if she has blue. Her burst and DoT in a fight is crazy. There is no reason to build AD over AP or over picking an actual AD champ.

I may seem like a scrooge but again, viability is always more important than creativity in a gameplay guide.
