Building a hybrid-ish Zilean is fun, but it isn't useful in a real game. Try out this build...
Go normal magic pen, cdr, and mana regen runes..
Take 9/0/21 masteries..
and build:
Doran's Blade, Your boot choice, Malady, Zeal, B.F. Sword, Trinity Force.. and so on...
It is pretty fun, you start out with some pretty nice auto attacking ability combined with normal spamming ability and pretty decent bombs. Once you get malady, you can pull some machine gun auto-attacks as you place bombs, and then your bombs will deal practically true damage because of magic resist reduction. Zeal is always fun on Zil (hahaha), and the BF will make you hit harder. Trinity force will give you some good overall stats.
Like I said, only try this in smurf games, custom games, and whatnot..
