Yea, when I noticed how bad dodge was at reducing damage I abandoned dodge on most champions.
I do on the other hand think HP/lvl seals are strong. I like them on squishy champions that don't invest in HP items. Only ranged carries for me, but there could very well be others that benefit from them.
The scaling HP seals break even at lvl5 so the flat ones aren't even worth considering imo.

depends on the champion ur playing. Some need Attack damage some need ArP.. For Renekton ArP marks are the best, attack damage quints are also great (thanks to searz for shining the light on attack damage quints)
