With Lee build AD, he does a ton of damage late game with his combo...
and Singed, he is a tank so build him so, but with some AP (like Rylai, Rod of Ages), and fling + pool people into your team and turret, and run around with poison on during fights, for farming, etc.
I don't play them much so I don't know if I can mentor you per se, but if you read the top guides on them and follow the builds you should be set.

How do you build Lee Sin? He is a dps carry he should actually do better late game. A few items you can get on him are: Black Cleaver, Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge, Trinity Force. These are just examples, don't buy them all in that order please.
For Singed, you make a small trail of poison right before you fling someone back so that they get in your poison. You want to fling enemy champions to your allies so that they can jump him. If they are far away or you know they can get away you can just use your adhesive and slow them down so you can catch up and fling them. You use your ultimate so that you gain extra stats. Magic resist and Armor from the ultimate are important if you get Rod of Ages as his first item. You use it when going into a team fight or pushing a tower since it increases your attack damage and attack speed.
Singed should be built as a tank with SOME ability power. Some items INCLUDE: Rod of Ages, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Sunfire Aegis, Banshe's Veil, Randuin's Omen.

I just got Lee Sin and in the start of games he's great, but late game he is terrible because I don't get kills with him, he's like a support.
I also just got Singed and I love him, but I don't quite understand his skills and what to build him as and such, I just find the shiniest thing and run to it spreading my poison. Dumb I know.
