too much CDR assuming you build that gs into an FH (its only 1250 more why not right?) I'd consider dropping the boots for merc thread and ditching the philo/miracle completely for something more useful.
Good hands is a better choice to max in masteries and the guide itself is fairly short and should be expanded if possible.
first, i think this is another troll vote since this is the type of thing you leave as a comment, not a downvote.
second, sure, good hands is a better choice, in matter of opinion, but since you are a tank mana comes really short early game, so i'll take my chances and grab that little bit of mana. i've had way too many encounters where just 5 points of mana could save me, and this mastery coulda helped. but thats another story.
lastly, if you want to read a long *** guide, and be bored to tears by a wall of text, go for it... but i'll stick with the short and informative ones like
This is a short guide and is still very informative.
thanks but no thanks
Sincerely, Blakhart
I lost every game I tried with this build so far :(
Says the trololol

Thank you very much for that info, I find that to be very helpful. I will update my build to fix that.
thanks again

You are talking about a few situational items but are not explaining when to get them. Remember that your guide is also read by new players. So they should understand your thoughts. Pro players won't need to read a guide.
I noticed that you try to stack armor. That's a no go on Leona as she gets a lot armor and resistance by using Eclipse. Please notice that the amount of damage reduction you got is getting smaller and smaller the more armor/magic resistance you already have. So in most cases it's enough to buy exactly 1 item for armor and 1 for magic resistance (e.g. Frozen Heart + FoN). With Eclipse you got about 200 armor and magic resistance. After that it's better to go for life items (Warmog's).
I saw Guardian Angel in your build. Please: Don't. A fulltank should never get that item. You WANT to get focused. And NOBODY (who is not lvl 1) will focus you in a team fight when your Guardian Angel is ready. It's a great item when you are playing Offtank in some situations. But a Fulltank won't need that.
wow, seriously? What's this supposed to even mean? go troll somewhere else, this place is not for the likes of you.
