1. Since that's how it works...
2. The ghouls melee, so they deal physical. The spells themselves deal magic damage, as you know, except for Q which is physical (adds a bonus to your next attack)
3. Don't believe so, not 100% sure tho.
4. I haven't seen this, but logical deduction would result in my assumption that there would be both a Yorick ghost for your team and Yorick for theirs.
5. Probably not.
6. The ability probably does, but not the ghouls.
7. Pretty sure not, wouldn't make sense, since those affect your basic attacks.
8. No. Their movement speed is 350 / 380 / 410 / 433 depending on Yorick's level.

From LoL wiki : "The Ghouls are classified as allied minions for all intents and purposes. "
That would mean that any kind of auras don't really affect them.

2&3. They deal physical damage and I think they benefit from ArP.
The moment a religious person unknowingly calls his own ways stupid: "And lol. I highly doubt you have magic powers. If you proved it I would believe you, but since you 'refuse to', I choose not to."
for number 4 I imagine the sequence of events to be:
Yorick casts ult on himself, a Yorick Ghost Spawns.
Mordekaiser casts ult on Yorick, and Yorick dies.
Yorick Ghost dies and Yorick Zombie Spawns.
Mordekaiser gets a Yorick Ghost Pet.
At no point are there more than two "Yoricks" on the field.

4. What happens if Mordekaiser use Children of the Grave on enemy Yorick and Yorick use Omen of Death on himself? Will there be two Yoricks on map?
I think I now this one, I played one game as mordekaiser on SR. The enemys Yorick where one of the main damage dealers and in a team fight, where he was about to die. Like any other pile of moving scrap metal, I used my ulti on him and he used his on him self. He died and I saw the animation for the ghost, however it died directly and Yoricks ulti kicked in.
This actually happend again this game, so if i got it right. Yoricks ulti cancelled Mordes, might have seen wrong though. But I'm pretty sure and went ''are you kidding me?''

1. All Yorick's abilities are based on his AD, but only one (Omen of War) deals physical damage on impact... Why?
2. What kind of damage do his Ghouls deal, physical or magical?
3. Do his Ghouls benefits from Armor Penetration/Magic Penetration?
4. What happens if Mordekaiser use Children of the Grave on enemy Yorick and Yorick use Omen of Death on himself? Will there be two Yoricks on map?
5. Do his Ghouls benefits from Aegis of the Legion?
6. Do his Ghouls activates Rylai's or Frozen Mallet while attacking enemies?
7. I know that Omen of War activates Sheen/TF on impact but is his (and other Ghouls) damage increased by the value of Sheen/TF passive?
8. I know that my Ghouls movement speed is still and is not increased by my bonuses but what happens if there is a Janna in my team? Are they faster?
1. Riot feels every champion needs a consistent mix of physical and magic damage. (with some getting a sprinkle of true damage)
A champion who could only deal physical damage would get totally shut down by armor, vice versa.
2. Physical.
3. No
4. This is something interesting to check on.
Theoretically, one of two scenarios would occur, depending on Riot's diligence.
A. Riot didn't account for this or chose not to account for it - Yorick is necro'd but Mordekaiser still receives a Ghost.
B. Riot did account for this - Yorick is necro'd, and Mordekaiser Ghost will not appear until after Yorick's Omen of Death wears off. This may or may not cause Mordekaiser to not get a ghost at all due to the duration.
5. No. This was intentionally changed with Yorick's release as Riot wants aura items to only affect champions.
6. No. (They better not)
7. Not sure I'm reading this right: I'll try to cover everything.
Sheen/TF passive is based on your base-AD.
Sheen/TF only add onto your on-hit damage (it doesn't increase anything)
Sheen/TF is on-hit, it wouldn't boost your ghouls.
8. Janna's
