but seriously, if you want to see what scale's with what, just pay attention to the tooltip for the skill, it tells you exactly what scales with what. It's that simple.

I recommend you always get Merc Treads over the other boots.
In most team fights you will get hit by CC's in todays meta game and less dmg you take the more healing you can put out in team fights.
Besides you can build nice CDR just off other items.
