Slowly I rise when others fall,Rumble's heat bar rises when he casts unlike mana bars which just lower
As spells are cast,
my champion becomes more dangerous.His heat bar reaches danger zone after casting a lot of spells,adding effects to spells.
I am one of the very few,Rumble,Morde,Garen,Mundo,Katarina,Renekton,Tryndamere,the ninjas,and Lee sin can all count because none of them use mana.
Who's magic is not affected by the blue.This COULD mean Blue buff,however,I meant as in Mana.
And btw,I'm surprised you thought kassadin before Rumble or Morde -_-.

Ye but still, the blue buff also grants the ninja's and lee sin extra energy regeneration.
