Oh, I thought they were honorable mentions for worst passives.

Poppy and Morde have the best passives imo.

Also he´s one of those old champs who decrease their own hp (Tryn e.g.) and since he´ll only be able to heal himself through ulti, its just some compensation.

some of my favorite passives are the ones from hybrid champs like akali and jax but Iron Man will always be the best imo
