But it's too expensive for 200 HP, and it heals only once. It should be an insta-heal potion, no extra AD, no extra HP, no extra price.
Strange...you just described the summoner spell 'Heal'. It's free, insta-heals you, and gives you no additional AD or HP.
But since you obviously do not see that spell as fitting the definition of the potion you are seeking then can I suggest a couple of more potions?
-An insta-mana potion would be good for those times when you seem to be running short and just need a little extra mana to finish someone off.
-A potion to give you a slight speed boost for a few seconds so that you may catch an enemy or escape from one.
-A potion that would seemingly remove any and all CC from you when consumed would be nice.
-And last but not least, a potion that you could consume in order to instantly be brought back to life! Heck, why not make it where you have a speed buff with this one too?!
In all seriousness though, potions are for sustainability in lane, not being some miracle cure to being nuked. If you have come to the point of complaining about not having a fix for getting nuked, you either need to start taking heal (which IMO is a waste) or start playing smarter. Personally, I'm going to recommend the second option...

umad? I just gave a suggestion. Yeah, maybe its not wise to create those potions, but discussing the idea is a great thing, even if the idea is bad.
And that would change nothing in my life, I never buy potions (I am a lot careful, and I'm not too aggro even with an aggro lanemate).

I think that if you get to a point where Annie let you so low and you had to use a potion, you're certainly losing the battle. And if she stuns you when you're losing, it's certain death.
Not necessarily. Boots 3 pot mids are generally winning against Doran's item mids now. You and Annie both poke each other; maybe you harass for 200, she harasses for 250. You use a health pot, she's stuck at 2/3rds health. You harass again, you pot back up. You're still sitting pretty at 80% while she's hovering around 40/50% right now. During the next harass you're going to force her to go back.
I mean, against LeBlanc, you need to be going back early before she can 1-shot you so you can buy some Doran's items or some MR so you don't get one-shotted, but potions let you stay in the zone where she can't consistently instantly kill you.

That depends, a smart caster shouldnt take any risks. If you bought Dorans item, you should be always careful, even more if your enemy got potions.
LeBlanc is all-or-nothing, either she kills you or she doesnt (or she gets killed). So MR is really recommended.

To begin with, no I'm not mad at all. I was simply pointing out the lack of thought in your argument. Judging by how defensive you have been, I would say you are the mad one. But I digress...

Explain to me why you should be careful of an enemy with potions when earlier, in this very same thread no less, you distinctly said that potions were useless (granted I paraphrased that, but everyone here can agree that it is exactly what you said).
The points that I'm trying to make is that there is already an insta-heal in the 'Heal' summoner spell and thus making a potion that does that would be useless. Also, you make it sound as though the existing potions are merely there in order to keep you from dying instantly. That is not what potions are for at all. While potions do in fact keep you alive should you be able to get away for a bit in order to regen, the main reasons that potions are there is so that you are able to sustain yourself in lane for longer periods of time and are able to keep up with and possibly get ahead of the enemy in cs due to them having to recall while you stay in lane.

HAHAH, no..
Instant pots would make the game very forgiving and dumb it down.
They would make a BAD addition.
I hope RIOT doesnt make the game as good as their nerfs.
