well I have much more fun when I do things my way...I get more wins that way besides.
I don't feel very motivated to do things in ways that are not fun, so I don't.
So what if I'm not high ELO or an amazing player...I only play by request anymore anyways (as in I don't get on unless someone specifically asks me to play with them)

Just because you don't have fun doesn't mean the whole support thing is bad. You just don't like it.
So don't play supports or don't play ranked/competitively. Easy way to solve that.

No reason to not do what I'm good with in ranked games...
Good example:
Soraka win = The 1 Game where I played AP Soraka like I always do
Soraka losses = 3 games where I let people convince me to play her full support

I remember my first few weeks of LoL, and kept asking why no one is babysitting, or can i get a babysitter and they all flamed/raged at me for it lol
