Malphite Summoner Spells

Maybe YOU get outfarmed/owned hard by every vlad/irelia player, but I don't. Maybe you have bad runes and masteries, maybe you have incompetent team mates, maybe you just suck with Malphite, I don't know. I solo top fairly often, and Malphite has been one of my most successful champions, second only to Singed. He's got a mean harrass, he's resistant to harrass, and he can counter push quickly if the other champion pushes. His ult is fucking amazing in conjunction with a jungle gank, and he can tower dive almost as well as Rammus. I'm quite an Alistar player, and let me tell you he is nothing like malphite. Alistar is a strong support, and an okay caster if built AP. He fits best in bottom lane supporting a ranged DPS with his CC and heals, and he's not CS reliant at all. Malphite is close to a full tank, with a lot of power after you get a bit of armor. He has enough burst to flat-out kill an enemy carry if they're not careful, and is an annoyingly strong chaser. Pick up a Doran's Shield or Regrowth Pendant and Malphite has beastly sustain if played correctly. Trundle solo top is kind of silly. He's a very strong jungler, and has no ranged poke to keep even with enemy harrass early game (malphite has his Q). I'm sure Trundle could solo top if he had to, but between him and Malphite, there's really no comparison. Maybe you don't find me that credible, but consider the bunch of other people who've posted in this thread who consider Malphite an acceptable solo top. You didn't see any of them telling me he's a crap champion. Post your opinion about my question if you like, but don't insinuate that I'm an idiot for picking Malphite. EDIT: And I don't understand your point about him being "worse then shaco jungle". Shaco is a great jungler and a mean ganker, he just has some bugs that haven't been fixed.
