seriously dude? You haven't even played dominion yet, how could you possible know if this build is good or not?
Anyway, this build doesn't really capitalize on the advantage yi would bring to dominion: mobility, movement speed is much more essential than lifesteal in my opinion, and I'm not sure why Entropy would be useful here, yi doesn't really need to slow the enemy to stick to them.
And I think Sanguine blade should straight up replace Bloodthirster altogether, it just makes more sense

Yeah, you can also get 
Phantom Dancer or only Zeal early instead of The Lightbringer, but then you buy it later. It has great synergy with Yi and lifesteal helps you to keep points. Entropy has also true dmg and hp on it. Also, it is one of the best items to defend your point, because you can slow the enemy in turret range and kill anyone which tries to capture it. Flash is a bad choice.You want
Ghost so you can constantly stick to your targets.Building Yi is pretty simple. Build as a carry so you can constantly fight and consitantly refresh
Highlander so you can constantly neutralize and capture points.Mana isn't too much of an issue. You can use
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration and recall regularly due to high deaths and map size.

About your build; I'd rather wait until dominion is out before I judge it, it's just impossible to do it now. No one of us knows how Dominion will be, so I really can't judge until I've played Dominion.
