I wish I had played more ranked.
After my placement matches I ended up aorund 1450 elo, and then I progressively fell down to 1313 elo. I think I could bring it up if i tried, but I have very little motivation.
I'll try a bit harder in S2 (or so I tell myself).

Dunno really, I am sitting RIGHT on ranked for Bronze and I really CBA to play anymore till Season 2 arrives cause of how many ranked games I've played (Right around 200 with a little more than 50% being wins) I have this problem that currently I have to win around 4 games before I am allowed to even loose 1 or I will end up with the same Elo as before I played.
So Bronze is better than nothing and Ill stick with that for season 1 ^^

Got up to 1470, proceeded to drop 70 points from a combination of bad luck (read: internet going out and causing me to dodge) and bad play from frustration.
If there is one really good tip for climbing the ladders it is to ****ing stop playing after two losses in a row. I didn't follow that advice and now am barely silver. If the next patch isn't tomorrow I'm going to be really tempted to try for gold again...I know I can do it if I get singed or orianna every game.

im mainly gunna play ranked S2, just get FWoD on norm then off to ranked!

I never have cared much for ranked. There are things I like about it and things I really dislike. But I wanted the Kayle skin so I decided to play enough games to get it. Well I had some win streaks and some good luck so I played a few more than needed. Then they announced the Jarvan skin was a reward for gold and I noticed I was close. So I figured wth... and won. So now I am sitting at a very lucky, much higher ELO than I probably deserve 1521 but I get a skin for my favorite/best champ. I am content.
