What? That was just an advertisement hidden in a fake request of help.
Speaking of advertisements, I think that advertising a guide would make the guide itself look worse, not only because the author is seen differently, but also because it means that the guide needs advertising to become famous, thus meaning it is not that good.

well duh, that's how you do it, called loopholes. But if you do legitimately care about making a good evelynn guide, then the questions shouldn't be completely trite
If you're going to use a mix of quints for AP Eve, try this:
Magic pen reds
Choice seals (mana regen preferably)
CDR glyphs OR AP glyphs
Flat AP Quintessences
Flat AP quints are generally better than magic pen.
For the items you should really get Deathcap or Sheen as soon as possible - I'd recommend skipping Mejai's entirely. Sheen is good for early burst while Deathcap into a Lich Bane makes your damage huge. THEN you can get Rylai's if you really want to.
I'd like to see some defense in there such as a Banshee's Veil.

Well I don't like defense on eve, I probably won't add any such thing.
About mejai and your suggestions, I might make another build as Mejai's is a must for me, I get 20 stacks by lvl 14-15 easily.
About runes I'll see what to do with my quints, but I need CDR to be capped at late game (mejai and morello's will do the job if with the right runes, the guide's CDR is at 39.4, almost capped.

Just wanted to tell you all that I found the perfect combination of items and runes, I also added some more viable items for the ones that disagree with me about the build. Hope you all benefit from the guild, and I excuse me for the double post, just wanted to let you know my problems are solved :)

The problem is Eve is not meant to survive. Even with Banshee or more HP, she would still be dead as soon as she gets CCed.
That's why I don't get banshee (it will block the first spell, that is usually not the CC especially in teamfights) and that's why I have low HP. If you want more survivability in the items sections there are rod of ages and hourglass, which are the only ones with AP.

The tactics described in the guide are the one I always use, and I always end up with good scores (or anyways with having a lot of fun), but I am still not sure about items and Runes.

As you can see in the guide I picked Mpen and CDR runes mostly, and 7 AP runes too. I was wondering, do you think there is a better choice (glyph) instead of AP? I don't think I can benefit that much from plain rune AP.
Also, about the item build, I tried to take the items that give you most benefit first but, since Eve's performance mostly depends on her items and since they all give a significant advantage, when do you think I should take my Lich Bane and Rabadon's deathcap?
Lich bane shouldn't be taken too late as its passive would not be as used as if you buy it early, but also it costs quite a lot, and the bonus itself will not be as good as if you would have bought it later.
About the Deathcap I have made my choice but I need your suggestions as well. I decided to pick it up as the last item as it is crafted only by 2 items (other items would require more than 1 slot left to mitigate the price) and also because the 2 items aren't crafted by anything and are very expensive (you should then be able to get a large rod more easily at late game as money starts flowing faster), what do you think about it?
