No, the combo of crit, health, and damage will never be balanced. Then you add in AoE attacks and it's ridiculous.

Trinity Force, it is equal.
Trinity Force has also a proc in it and can slow, too. And it has way more stats. So if you want to make them equal, you have to raise the other stats a bit.

You could just buy the same items every game on any bruiser.

Just looking at the stat spread alone you can tell it would be unbalanced.
250 + 300 + 375 = 925 HP. (Assuming our champion has maybe 1900 base HP lvl 18, that would be 2825 HP.)
300 + 250 + 375 = 925 Mana.
50 + 25 + 38 = 113 MR
45 + 68 = 113 Armor
30 + 50 + 56.5 (Atma's) = 136.5 AD
15 + 15 + 18 = 48% crit
30% AS
12% MS
30 AP
5% Cooldown Reduction

Passive: On cast increase base dmg by 150%
Passive: Your attacks splash, dealing physical damage in a small area around the target (50% for melee, 40% in combination with an ability( Parrrley, Siphoning Strike, etc..), 35% for ranged).(Range:300)
Passive: Spell shield.
Passive: Rebirth on death
Active: Increases Splash Range and Damage by 50% for 4 seconds. Attacking or casting succesfull abilities with on-hit effects( Parrrley, etc..) on enemies increases the duration by 2 seconds to a maximum of 8 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

So basically, you'd have the most aggressive and tanky bruiser type champion build to date.
I did like the original though.
Even at 4000 gold cost, the option to build multiple tanky DPS items is a bit strong if you ask me.
You could just buy the same items every game on any bruiser.

imo, they should make
Tiamat's splash proc on-hit effects for reduced damage too.
It wouldn't be too overpowered because it's reduced, but it would be funny as hell.
