Came looking for Karma builds to see if I needed to make one or if someone had made one similar to how I play her. This is pretty similar although I get spirit bond at level 3 due to my lane partner that I usually play with goes hard and if either need to slow opponents at low levels or help my partner get the **** out lol or hey even cut people and make them kill themselves :D i usually go flash clarity on karma it keeps my lane partner in i in lane much longer and there is rarely ever that i wouldve healed you if i had the mana or he wouldve died if we weren't oom! I also start with a regrowth pendant and keep a philly's stone most of the game.

+1 because this is whatI've always thought how I wanted to build Karma, except that I have a couple suggestions to improve your build:
- you don't need Boots of Swiftness because you shouldn't have problem using Spirit Bond, pick Mercury Treads for CC reduction and magic defense.
- get philo stone earlier for gold income
- flat ap marks aren't good, maybe HP or mag pen marks would be better, the bonus from these is just so low...

I like the original idea of using Exhaust, but I still think I'd personally go with Flash :) Next time I play Karma I will play with this build. Good luck.

Edit: More pictures please and I agree on the part that Karma is better with melee AD due to her short range.

Huge sum of ap but zero mpen? And you are talking about carrying at same time? I am just not getting it.

I like this build =3

Though I prefer Flash, for the blink for a possible assassination with her shield and wave, a blink to escape, or a blink to save an ally

Hey dude, I started using Karma today with your guide. I liked that she ends up with 4kish health, and yet can dish out mega damage especially in team fights. Using her tactically is of huge importance obviously so many people running this guide may find that they are getting owned even with all of the hp. My advice to them would be to take a few games to test out how you can combo your skills (you really have 6 skills so it can get confusing). There is really a pretty diverse way you can combine her skills in different situations.

Maybe mentioning that, and different combos other than just mantra shield + heavenly waves, would help new Karma users out quite a bit.

Well from my experiences I find her being a lot more effective with melees in lane. She can burst shield them when they charge in and provide an offensive heal to keep them fighting.

As for the boots, I already explained why.

I agree, Solo top Karma is good too. This is just based mostly on my experience. While I can solo with her just fine, I prefer duo lanes with my friends to get them fed :D
