- Armor pen or AD quints.
Use at least 6 armor pen marks if you take AD quints (using 9 might even be best).
- Have your mid laner leash golem (attack it once then run to their lane). Search for "Stonewall008 leashing" on youtube for a good video on different kinds of leashing.
- Try a different path. I think you're going the aggressive path (blue->wolves->wraiths->red->golems). If you take a longer path I recommend 1/8/21 masteries.

I would never use them personally, but since they're completely optional, I'd thought I'd give him the AS glyphs as an option. He DID ask for the fastest possible route.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist is more my cup o' tea personally.
EDIT: Do you think Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction would be worth anything for jungle speed? I would think not, since noct doesn't have a spam ability like Rabid Bite to use for jungling. It could help speed a bit, not sure.
