as i said, babies cried that endermen removed blocks. their ability to move blocks has been reduced, either by changing what they can move or by changing how much they move stuff idk.

so far snowmen dont do anything except walk around. you craft one by placing a pumpkin block ontop of 2 snow blocks.
they leave a trail of snow behind them and are supposed to throw snowballs at hostile mobs, so their only real use is cannon fodder. unless you need snow for something, which it makes.
it also melts in hot biomes.

swamp biomes seem to be more watery. the grass is a lot darker and holy **** are those lily pads?
the water also has a greenish tint. you sadly can't stand on lily pads. clay also seems to be more abundant in swamps.
ok here we go, nether update.
first up, 3 new block types. nether brick, nether brick fence, and nether brick stairs. they are found naturally in these giant arch bridges called nether ruins. nether bricks burn but eventually die out. nether brick fence and nether brick stairs do not burn.
now the new mob stuff. first off, zombie pigmen drop rotten meat and these gold nugget things, they don't seem to have a name yet. gold nuggets can be crafted into a gold brick, taking a 3x3 square in the craft bench. ghasts also drop ghast tears, they may or may not still drop gunpowder.
there are 2 new mobs, the first is a reskinned mob called the lava slime. yes its just a flaming brown slime, basically. i dont know if it drops anything special yet. and as im on creative i don't know if they burn you by touch. they also jump in layers, making them look like a spring.
secondly is a brand new mob named blaze, another flying mob. it looks like a bunch of golden rods put together and a head. it will catch on fire when its charging its attack, and then will shoot 3 fireballs in rapid succession. after firing they will 'cool off' and not be on fire for a bit. they can usually be found around nether ruins as the mob spawners frequent that location.
there is also a nether plant, called the nether wart. it has a 3 stage growth cycle. where breaking the third stage will give you a nether wart and some seeds. you can find it in nether ruins or growing in soulsand.

Does rotten meat do anything, or is it like dirt?
Also, I'm not sure why people QQ about endermen moving things...just seriously keep your stuff lit up. Solves all problems.

How to tank guide (Revamped! 10/13)
Rotten meat isn't worth it. Just build a mushroom farm.
It's the best use of resources.
You only need 3 things:
1 Red mushroom
1 Brown mushroom
Access to regular skeleton spawn
Turn bones into bonemeal. Plant mushrooms at least 10 spaces away from each other. Use bonemeal. They turn into giant magic mushrooms. Harvest to multiply your mushroom supply.
Infinite mushroom soup.
Never have to hunt for food again.
Unless you get really sick of mushroom soup. But it's just a game, so suit yourself. :3
