Shen or Taric better tank?

Yeah I already have Jarvan IV and he does the off-tank, carrying job quite well. So Morgana wouldn't really be used for Ranked matches? Did Shen get better with the buff in the Riven patch? He sounds beast with the whole jungle\ganking\tanking thing. So it seems Morgana is better played in normal matches. While I already know Sona is a very good support. I thought Taric already had like extra magic resistance or was that taken away with the who re-vamp of him?[/quote]
