Also.

I don't think Singed is as OP as people make him out to be, but he's certainly strong.

I do think Cho Gath is a better pick for almost any team comp, personally, but Singed is certainly good.

He's just flavor thanks to the dreamhack games, and people QQ the most about anything that becomes flavor.

Singed is so OP. But he's not like Vayne op (first came out), he more like the way morde was OP. No one should be able to win a 3v1 and come out with half health. But its so funny when the enemy team is rushing at you when they know they can't catch you.

Before they changed his ulti he was a tower pushing fiend. Or that's how I played him. Who needs to be a super tank when you can bum rush kill turrets get jumped and still get away? The changes I've suggested are because the way the game works NOW. Not how it did way back when Ye Olde Dainou was just getting started. The reason Singed is as disturbingly strong as he is right now is the way this meta has panned out. But hey, what do I know? Might be wrong, but consider that I actually use my brain to formulate a descsion rather than simply reading something once and going WTF? What did I suggest?

Slight ratio nerfs and increase the mana drained by his poison trail, as well increase the CD on his slow...Lol I think what I did was suggest a way to fix OP Singed, not make him useless. Considering he has access to tenacity now, just like everyone else removing the CC reduction from his ulti or reducing it sounds fair, otherwise we have a scenario like Irelia, unccable ergo un-controllable which means "Singed Goes Where He Pleases".

I agree on that he was a tower pushing fiend before the change of ulti, loved to play him that way before. But then he was easy cc'd and burst down in fight unless you had enough time to get the items you needed and your enemy did't feed them. The old Singed was a tower pusher fiend, the new Singed is a fight fiend. I honestly fail to see a differences in how the game works before and now, there is even more CC running around now which is Singed nemesis. Beside I had played a bit more then you think with the old Singed. But I do admit that I'm not a meta expert or is one of the more knowledge playing this game, also we are both no game designers. Whats up with a bad attitude, you are trying to say that you are the only one using a brain to make your self sound smart? I'm not stupid which you certainly think and I never said or called you that, at least its not my point.

Slight nerf on ratios will means that poison get to either 0.1 or 0.2, which is was close to his release together with lower base damage and it seems like it wasn't enough. Cause it got buffed back stronger then before, like how it is for now. I can see a reduce on the fling ratio to like 0.7/0.8, but that will make him more depended on staying in front of his target for the majority of the damage, which together with a cc reduction nerf or removal will be tougher. At least his range is higher, so despite the removal/reduce on the cc reduction it will be easier then before to get into range for a fling.

Mana drain on poison trail will make it harder to use in early fights/lane and will make you pay more attention to your mana. Wont be to critical for more experience players, unless they are already low on mana, but it will give new players a lot harder time to pick up Singed and manage the laning phase/early fights. Increase on CD for the slow might be good, before it was changed by 1 and have stayed that time for bit, they even reduced the amount it slows. But that change will make Singed more dependent fling being up the right time to protect your squishy or prevent someone for getting away. Other side of the coin is that you might want more CD reduction beside Frozen heart to use your slow more, but that means many have to change there item build and might turn out good or bad.

I can see problem with Irelia, but the difference is that hers is up all the time and she normally doesn't have to run up to a target with a sign screaming ''CC ME!'' on her. Cause when you CC her, she is already at your heels chopping you off bit by bit. However I can agree on being totally un-controllable is not a good thing, like being not keeping up to a Mundo with ulti and his W on. My fear is not that Singed will get nerfs, rather that he will end up in a pathetic and usefulness state. Where once a again, most of the other tanks will be better and more suitable on every point.

Increasing the mana drained per second makes it less of a "oh hey I'll just leave this on permanantly" I dont think I've seen a Singed recently who didnt just keep poison trail up the whole time they were alive. It's impractical to allow an aoe doT like that to just be perma left on. Reducing it's effectiveness slightly (in terms of damage) and upping the cost should hit Singed just right to make it a choice not a habit. If that makes sense.

I certainly don't know what Singed you have seen, even with a fully stacked roa it's not really wise to keep it running the whole time. Cause eventually you will run out unless you get mana reg to counter it or die often. Yeah I agree on it should't never be a tool you can have on every time, much like Amumu and his W, you activate it when you need it and then turn it off, that's how I use it However what I have seen, the Singed which does that are usually the bad and the new ones. Also they are mostly likely to run of mana soon. Cause I as I said, even with a fully roa I'm sometime out of mana after fight and push in 3vs3. Not saying its often, but it has happen.

They only have to lower the stats of his ultimate Insanity Potion, because they are to much.

Reduce it to 25/35/45 and Singed will be no longer unkillable.

I'd put it at 35/45/55
