i rarely lose a battle with this build now, BEST BUILD EVER!!!!

As for the sixith item i'm working on it and yes i will work on this build. To be honest i don't really use runes that much (too much IP) so i just chucked random ones in there. :)
The build has now been upgraded to ur tips. Thank you for reading and comment if you think anything else needs to be changed

lacking mr, and an atama's for your 4k hp, and a fifth item, here's my thoughts:

is totally useless, as is . i would move those to the armor masteries. they're totally useless since: garen does NOTHING WITH AP. NOTHING.
i would also switch greater glyphs of celerity to greater glyphs of warding to help with the mr, and consider a . and yea, you get a free 25 mr and armor from . but still, you'd need about 150 mr min before on-hit teemo doesn't kill you in 3 seconds orkog'maw with 25% hp/sec doesn't chew you up and spit you out.

garen is not a tank. he can be played as one, albeit poorly, since he needs min 50 minion kills. he's an off-tank. that allows him damage items.

the last thing you want to be doing is advocating kill stealing. i would also recommend armor pen marks over armor marks.

gj overall. please work on it though.
