I dunno if it's a shut in nerd, but the guy who painted that has actually made several official champion artworks. And they're great to boot. He made Kassadin, Janna, TF, Ninja Rammus and bunch of others.
Google has a job title called "Head of Black Community Engagement"..
I don't know whether to cry or laugh.. or both.
