Easiest? Probably Tryn or GP. There's not a lot of thought invested into them. Alistar is also ridiculously good for how easy he is to play.

Most comically OP? Gotta be Ree Sin.

if the question was who's the easiest I'd go for Akali hands down, but as for QQs I'd say Morgana every game you play her they say she's OP

we are saying easiest (easiest meaning you could probably carry a game with your first play of a champ) right? A lot of the champs mentioned here actually take some skill to play. If we're saying "easy, but strong/OP" then I would have to go with Garen and Singed.
