She looks like she needs a lot of mana and max CDR, so you can super chain her abilities.
I wonder if Mimic is affected by CDR? 18 second ult would be awesome.
And look at all that CC! She looks like she can kite with her spells too! Add on her Flash/Flashback ability and you've got another crazy escape artist with super juking abilities.

Ok so I just played a quick practice game with LeBlanc and my initial impression of her is:
She's very nukey. She plays like an assassin/nuke, kind of like Akali, except she is purely ability based. Her Mimic(ult) gives her a lot of interesting tricks up her sleeve and it's short CD time means you can spam it without worries.
Conclusion: She's hella powerful, pretty fragile, and one hell of an escape artist.

First champion I bought (on purpose) without trying first and I'm not disappointed. I was actually looking forward another 'Flash' champ since 2 of my favourites are Ezreal and Kassadin.
And her passive that makes her stealth, .5 seconds literally makes no difference, but I love how her ult can be any of her abilities. XD

She is OP coz of fiew reasons.
Most of all. Mana costs. Hmm.... if you go oom with her you either spammed spells on creeps or you made her AD/AS mode XD
Burst damage and ease that she dilivers it. (this is not that much op since there are casters that eat others with same speed but...
She has literaly 3 flashes and a slow+snare. Srsly killing her is damn hard without a stun/longass_silence.
Good that she requires some skill and coordination. Fun to play for sure.
Make her spells cost more and she will be more or less balanced. Coz now i feel like Pantheon with 3 flashes, and no mana costs :P

LoL insta nerf GG, glad I spend time playing LoL. I really get my time and money outta a game that has a company like Riot behind it, especially when they insta bend over so QQrs can ride em hard and fast then request changes that of course are followed to the "T" in some cases to the point of overkill. Wonder if I QQ with enough of my friends about removing Garen from LoL, or Sona, or any champion that can be faceroll easy if they'll bend over for it again. Leblanc barely got outta the gate and they already put her in the Special Ed class along with Rainman and Slingblade.
In actuality I'm a huge supporter of LoL and 85% of the time the changes made are beneficial; perhaps it wasn't a horde of furry rape happy forest creatures that called for the changes this time around merely an internal issue. But for them to have simply (seemed a bit quick in my opinion) to have wreaked havoc on a new champion before the placenta was even dissolved from her over emphasized bust seems a bit irrational. Months after MF came out they finally decided to reduce the range on her "ricochet" from double up. But for a champion that the little boy called "OP!" from the start they never touched her (MF) until now. Leblanc is released and KABOOM it's like she gets pile drived by a big dude named Mac like it was some sort of Jailhouse shower scene. I'm glad Riot tends to at least listen to their followers but sometimes listening results in following too closely, like the sign that reads on some semi truck driver's fender which reads "If you can read this sign you're following too ****ing close and I'm going to brake check you so fast you won't be able to stop and then you'll probably wreck."
A champion not having mana issues sounds like a nice thought, a champion with solid damage and health as well as armor sounds nice too but aparently having a strong base to build from makes you OP. I'm still waiting on changes that should have been resolved before a new champ was even concieved in the womb that is Riot Games character development team. Perhaps making match making not result in a group of friends who never play ranked games (my friends and I) having to face a 1440 rated 5's team with a composite win total of 1600+. Or the rational that turret damage in end game is so pitiful a Kog'maw could tank a turret while being attacked by an enemy DPS like Akali. The idea that the bugs in the game which may or may not be a big deal could become a problem. Say sliding through a wall while I solo dragon and find myself staring at the whole enemy team. A multitude of other issues are present currently and are still unresolved. Riot is in triage mode. Service things that can be remedied quickly before we move on to other issues. Sadly that's equivelent to (in my mind) putting a dying man with a gunshot to the chest to the side while you work on pulling out the splinter from someones foot.
In closing the nerf bat hits everyone but it should hit them for the right reason. Leblanc in my opinion requires a bit more thought to pulling off a successful kill, therefore allowing her to have a nice bit of damage to start from is justified. Decreasing the range on her main damage dealing ability is warranted too I suppose but I doubt that it was truly necissary. Reuding her overall damage was the main problem and they took a champ that could barely farm when strong and reduced her to a champ that can't do much of anything. Even in the hands of a "skilled" player.
