Vamp Scepter start.
No leash.
AD quints+ArP marks: 03:47 clear time. ~350HP at the end, down to ~150HP at lizard.
10%AS+15ArP: 03:50 clear time. ~250HP at the end, down to ~80HP at lizard.
I'm pretty sure you're doing something strange since you're getting those results.
Also, both my times are better than yours :P
Funny thing with AD quints: you have to smite early to have it up in time for Lizard (since you're faster with AD quints), otherwise you'll die waiting for it.
About your masteries.
They're terribly inefficient. You should be running 18/12/0 or 16/0/14 instead.
(not getting MrP because your only magic damage is your ult and getting a small boost to your ult damage is close to useless)

I dunno how you came out on the other end with the numbers you did, but using my page I had a faster and healthier clear time with my preferred set up :P
The 3 points into good hands is just too good to justify not taking with the new incredibly long respawn timers. (My opinion)

All in all the ones I used reduces less damage than the ones you did (0.5 less), so that would only make it worse for me (while I got both high HP and faster times than you).

You must've made a mistake with the AD setup.

You deal very little magic damage and 0.75% CDR is not better than 1% AS.
