I like what you did with it. My only suggestion would be to duplicate the layer before applying topaz, and then to the topaz'd layer, erase with a low opacity brush the parts that don't look very nice "crisp'd", which is often the face for me. That's just my suggestion ^^ Otherwise, love the background.
