Why not just get
Atma's Impaler instead of
Sunfire Aegis^^. It has the same armor and you deal even more damage.

@Nick
Atma is **** on WW.
Most of WW's damage is magical. He doesn't benefit from crit at all, and Atma gives no HP.
@Erryone else
Spirit Visage gives such perfect stats for WW. Durability, CDR and extra healing are SOO GOOD on WW.
You just cannot say that SV is a bad item on WW. If you do I'll touch you in a bad place. Beware.

just like to point out that spell vamp is also quite good on warwick. In combination with Spirit Visage, you'll be healing stupid amounts with your Q. Something like a gunblade could definitely be worked in as an end-game item. It's not cost efficient, but if you're loaded with gold, that doesn't matter, and it's still a good item. Will of the Ancients is also viable, depending on your team composition.

In endgame any expensive item is viable. But you get there maybe 1% of your total matches, so that doesn't really matter.
AP is almost useless so that's why spell vamp items currently don't fit WW.

Ehh, WotA can be cost effective. It increases the heals from his Q by a decent bit more than Spirit Visage, and provides allies with the aura bonus. I'd still generally pick Spirit Visage over it, however, for the cooldown reduction and magic resistance. But in the right comp, it's viable.
