De-trolling?

[/quote] well plz try to add to the idea, unless your extremely slow or something, OBVIOUSLY something like "you can decline up to 10 or so posts/votes before they are allowed" that means if the guide is just poop poop then the bad ratings will catch up eventually, come on... u arnt that stupid... really????[/quote]
