Also Rally and Fortify are no longer available. (surge, garrison, and promote)

And your masteries are outdated, meaning people are less likely to rate / use this build.

NEVER get an abyssal on xerath. He's supposed to be in the back attacking from afar. If you're close enough to be using its passive, you're playing Xerath wrong and you'll probably be dead soon.

1 thing i do not agree with. the Will of the Ancients. while Xerath is AOE, the spell vamp is cut 1/3 so only upon hitting 3 or more targets u will not see the healing. I wouls suggest getting tear then morello as it is just an awesome item to have on xerath. one other suggestion. why not get an abyssal? synergizes really well with ur passive. meaning ur getting AP, armor, mr, and mr reduction from 1 item.
