Even if the post is nearly dead, i need a proper answer..I see that the mana gain doesn't stack, but is it the same for the passives? I mean, if i have 
Manamune and Archangel's Staff, i get the 3% of mana in AP and 2% of mana in AD? Ty for the patience, i play lol since september and i'm still learning a lot :)

The passives aren't the same passive, and only the one is unique, so one won't cancel the other out in this case. I hope that was helpful.

Seraph's Embrace now just give 1000 mana where as Tear of the Goddess, as well as the items it builds into, all have a unique passive that doesn't stack between them and will give up to 750 mana.
