I agree with B-Wong, except replace Galio and Master Yi with Vladimir and Kog'Maw.
Now about 3v3... I think I would have to say Poppy, Master Yi, and Rammus.

The 5v5 Noxian Death Squad!
Mordekaiser: the anchor. A solid mid who denies efficiently and gets farmed up nicely. This guy is a great off-tank magic DPS champ and will sweep up and low HP champs in teamfights.
Swain: The obligatory Wizrobe. Great slower/snare monkey with good magic DPS and amazing staying power thanks to his ult.
Urgot: The Multi-Tool. Lanes with swain and generates lots of early game death. Good slower/harasser who excels at zone control. Can ult people into range of your more powerful ultimate abilities or deny would-be escapees their chance. Also has a sweet DoT reveal. Solos mid if Anivia shows up... The Kaiser hates that bird.
Katriana: The Assassin. Quick, good burst DPS and a GREAT ultimate when combined with swain and urgot.
Poppy: The Fake Noxian. A good fighter who makes fighting in the jungle a breeze. Diplomatic Immunity and her slam are reason enough to take her in this comp. Lanes with katriana.
Each one of these champs is tough as nails to kill or, is the case of Katriana, can GTFO at a moments notice. It's a heavy magic damage comp, unfortunately, but poppy urgot (and lichebane AP morde) can put out some great physical damage as well so I think it will balance out nicely.
The crux of win/loss is going to come down to Urgot who is, in my opinion, the most difficult champion to play effectively in all of LoL during the late game. He's not tough, his Q deals negligable damage and his AA range is far too short. Even with Urgots drawbacks I believe his ultimate plays a vital role in this composition and his early game performance, alongside Swain, can turn games in his teams favor by shutting down enemy champions from the onset of the match.

Just like the Pied Piper,
Led rats through the streets,
We dance like marionettes,
Swaying to the Symphony...
Of Destruction

Heh, my favorite song from Megadeth would probably be Wake Up Dead but I enjoy listening to all of their works (Risk, too. It's not as bad as Re/Load :P). Anthrax is alright, I guess. Madhouse and Indians is the only song I've heard from them. Damn this thread is completely derailed.

All due to the Symphony of Destruction... Thank you Anthrax.
