Lacking only 8 champs in the wole rooster kinda makes free weeks boring...
I really think the advantage older player had in making the full rooster with just IPs will not be recovered by simply reducing classic champs.
I doubt anyone manages to earn more than 7/8k IP between 2 champion releases.
