Am I the only one not really understanding the nerf to Caitlyn's Q? I thought it was her laning and early game people were *****ing about, but they seem to have nerfed its' later levels.
It already wasn't really worth using mid-late game in an actual fight unless you could hit like 3+ people at the same time with it.
Caitlyn nerf in general pisses me off because I was playing her back when everyone said she was **** and Ashe and Corki were the best.

^ Caitlyn should level up her Q pretty fast, tbh I don't think the rank 1/2 Q does that much damage, but as the lane goes on and she hits rank 3/4 it really hurts. It could've been nerfed more during the early stages but I think Riot still want her to be a strong laner, just not as strong as she is right now.
Yeah the nerf to later levels of Q is an appropriate nerf to the skill. It will still scale with gear into end game.
As it stands she rapes you at level 7-9 imo. These nerfs should help that.

Omg. They still did not make Eve's ulti uber powerful. I want to see it make her immortal for about 10 secs! That would be awesome! or make her q do that every 4 secs! jk jk. The talon nerfs were kinda more then they shoulda... Hes already squishy enough. hes turning into another Pantheon :(

Graves still too strong. Caitlyn can be countered in lane (its hard, but it can be done), Graves is a whole other story.

Graves is kinda Caitlyn + AoE damage, which makes him very hard to counter.
