For example, where are the situational items? The tips and tactics about laning/jungling versus enemy champions? It's also hard to tell what action is the prime choice, as you promote every idea past what it is in-game.
The idea of building 2 Rod of Ages is not a bad one, but by the time you get your second on, the enemy team will be doing alot of damage. Without any resists, you're still going to be quite susceptible to being slain anyway, regardless of how much health you stack. I'd recommend getting a Chain Vest and/or a Negatron Cloak in order to retain your immortality before you get the Force of Nature or the Randuin's Omen.
With the amount of health you have as well, you may also want to consider getting a Force of Nature sooner, for the health regen. Of course, every game is situational, but the upgrade to Frozen Heart from Glacial Shroud is primarily an anti-AD thing.
Also, Catalyst the Protector works when you level up, and, while this item is amazing on Singed, it excelles in lane where you need the regen to survive and deliver pokes, ganks, ect. As a roaming Singed, youd be better off with higher tier boots and a GP/10 item. Also, you don't get a Heart of Gold early-game, even though you plan on building a randuins late-game. Solid start on a guide, but does need some work to deserve a higher rating.
You might want to trade out one of the Rod of Ages for an earlier Archangel's Staff due to Rod of Ages' healing passive being unique.
first of all Archangel's staff's passive only procs on your w,e and r but not q you wont end up makeing that big of an impact on your mana I have seen a Archangel's Staff a few times on singed (on free week of course) but it only ended up being around 200 (50 hp) extra mana and most of them got tear as their first item, I know that that ap seems nice but you would be better off geting a crystal scepter or death cap if you want hp or ap power
