Ok this will trigger both.
Lifesteal of your physical damage and spell vamp of your magic damage.
So:
You will gain lifesteal AND spellvamp proc on your main target, and spellvamp only of minions/other champons from splash damage.

It will probably only trigger lifesteal since it applies on hit effects (life steal is an on hit effect).

This spell may be an exception because it's magical damage and not a part of the physical damage, but spells like Parrrley and Mystic Shot both work with only life steal.
